We're a lifestyle brand that loves to learn, collaborate and create. And we design and produce great socks.

You may think that no one needs another fashion brand. There’s too many of them and fashion has become fast and ugly. You have a point.

Our mission: the end of boring socks - socks that tell a story

We are three brothers from Germany who share a passion for exciting and bold designs. We believe that socks are an essential lifestyle accessory and can upgrade really every outfit. That's what drives us: the end of boring socks. And that's why we founded KYU.ONE in 2020. 

Many of our designs are inspired by Asia. A place in this world that we love for its people, its diversity, and its secret escapes: Your last surf trip to Bali, the last time you had sushi in Tokyo, the last full moon party in Thailand - we incorporate these moments in our designs. More good life. More happiness. Your vacation. Your statement. 

Our responsibility as a fashion and lifestyle brand: sustainability and quality

We believe that fast fashion is the real monster in our closets. These days it has become a challenge to wear a garment more than ten times. That is something we'd like to change by creating socks that last. We are not perfect and we are just starting our journey. However, we want to take responsibility. The meaning behind KYU.ONE

"Kyū" (Japanese 級) is a Japanese term used in modern martial arts to designate various grades of proficiency or experience. The 1st Kyū is the most advanced and highest student grade but ranks below the dan or black belts. We are at the beginning. It’s day one for us and we learn new things every day.
