1) Fees and delivery times

      2) Further shipping information

      We send our goods quickly and environmentally friendly with our logistics partner DHL. We are a partner of the DHL GoGreen program. The shipping is insured. 

        

      Usually the goods are ready for dispatch no later than two days after you have placed your order. Once dispatched, your package should arrive within one to three working days, depending on the the shipping method and destination, unless otherwise agreed. 

      For deliveries to countries other than Germany, the local authorities may charge additional fees (taxes, custom duties, import duties). The customer bears these additional costs. Refused packages will be reimbursed minus the return shipping costs.

      3) Returns

      If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option of sending it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you tell us the reason for your return, we can improve. So we look forward to your feedback. Just do the following:

      1) Please write us a short email to contact@kyuone.com and provide the following information:

      • Surname
      • Order number and order date
      • Article number(s) which you want to return
      • Reason for your return


      2) Send the article(s) that you want to exchange to the following address:

      Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns yet, unless your product is damaged or faulty. In all other cases you have to bear the costs for the return.

      Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received the return, we will take care of the reimbursement. We will always use the same payment method that you selected when you placed your order.

      4) Condition of goods 

      Please also note that for reasons of hygiene we can only accept returns of products in their original condition. This means that the socks must not have been worn and the labels must not have been removed.
